Identd

Identd was a Win32 server I put together to handle IRC ident requests.  I had originally written it to handle ident requests for Eggdrop IRC bots (and also allow customization of the responses).  Over the years, a number of people picked it up and translated it or placed it into their own products.  I likely won't be releasing any future versions of this product, but since the code is under the GPL, I hope someone might pick up the ball:
