Aimslab Out of Business

Since AimsLab has gone out of business, I’ve started putting together a rescue page for people with AimsLab cards. Take a look at the page here. If you can contribute any drivers to this page, please email me ASAP and I’ll get them up there.

HP-IDE in Spanish PC World

Here’s some exciting news: HP-IDE was featured in the spanish edition of PC-World. Thanks to Guillem Ramis for the message. Here’s his quick scan of the article (it’s now online as well):

Rough translation:

DIVX is Dead!

After all these years of anti-DIVX talk, we’ve finally killed it. Thanks for all the support, everyone! Maybe we should all turn our eyes to killing stuff like SDMI now.

The Doctor Is In

Wow, I’m really guilty of letting my page stagnate for months at a time. If you want to see a real world (albeit very cheesy!) use of my The Doctor Is In script, check out Chat With Veronica Bernadette. Emlyn Addison put a lot of work into making this thing talk like a real life Dear Abby. If you’d like to use it on your site too, email me (it’s free for you, but I don’t support it).

Welcome to 1999

Welcome to 1999! Due to an increasingly heavy school workload (and lack of time), I have decided that some of the projects I have been maintaining in the past and neglecting for other projects might be better off in the hands of someone who can manage them. :)

If you’re interested in taking over development/maintenance of the Saturn Processor Reference, the NASM/DJGPP Guide or HP-IDE, please email me. I’m going to GPL all of these projects no matter what happens, so watch for an announcement soon.
